These terms govern your use of seocreativehunt.com and the services provided by SEO Creative Hunt (“we”, “us”). By using the website or engaging our services you agree to them.

Services and proposals

Each project is defined by a written proposal or statement of work covering scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Fees and payment

Fees are in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate. Project fees are typically invoiced in milestones; monthly services are invoiced in advance. Invoices are due within 7 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and access to accounts we need. You confirm that content, images and trademarks you supply do not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Ownership

Once fees are paid in full, you own the website code, designs, content and automations we create for you. Third-party themes, plugins, software and fonts remain subject to their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Results

Search engines, AI platforms and ad networks are controlled by third parties. We work to agreed best practices but cannot guarantee specific rankings, AI mentions, traffic or sales.

Third-party services

Hosting, domains, ad spend, AI model usage and software subscriptions are billed by their providers or passed through at cost, and are governed by those providers’ terms.

Confidentiality

Both parties will keep the other’s confidential information private and use it only for the project.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

Monthly services can be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ written notice. Project work can be ended by either party in writing; you pay for work completed up to that date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
